
During high season, the dining room (seating 129) is open from 7 AM to 20 PM and - for the first time this summer - will feature thematic buffets offering regional cuisine.
Breakfast : from 7 AM to 14 PM, will feature a gorgeous buffet : omelets, hash-browns, oatmeal, breakfast meat, pancakes, fruit, cereals, croissants, toasts, muffins and bagels. All served with coffee, hot chocolate, juice or milk.
Lunch : from 12 to 14 PM will offer choice and diversity. Throughout high season, our Chef will propose à la carte dishes from wich guests will compose their own menus : soup of the day, main dish and dessert.
Dinner : from 17 to 20 PM will become a special occasion. Our Chef will present thematic buffets offering our guests the opportunity to discover Italy, Mexico, China, etc. through their cuisine. Western and Seafood menus will also be featured, as well as a mini Salad Bar and every-day dishes (generally pasta). In a warm family ambiance, our team will spare no efforts to anable guests to make each dinner an unforgettable experience.
Sunday Brunch : from 8 AM to 13 PM. From opening day in May to closing on Thanksgiving Day, Sunday brunch will become an occasion to taste the Saguenay regional cuisine. The smell of coffee and fresh fruit will attract guests to our All-you-can-eat buffet : omelets, hash-browns, oatmeal, ham, bacon, sausages, pancakes, chocolate fondue and fruit, tourtière saguenayenne, cereals, yogourt, toasts, croissants, muffins and bagels !
Guests can also request picnic baskets and chinese fondue to be delivered to their cottage. Inquire at the dining room.
